• Due Date: Assessments are due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

• Late Date: Assessments are considered late if not paid by the 15th of the month.

• Late Fee: A $40 late fee is applied for each month the assessment remains unpaid.

• Process: Submit the request with the necessary plans and specifications to the Architectural Review Committee for approval.

• Cost: Access cards are $25 each, and the limit is four (4) cards per home.
