We agree to abide by the community policies and are aware that we are responsible for the actions of any guests we bring onto the Lavon Grand Heritage property. Children who are 16 or 17 years old must have a parent accompany them to get a card.(Required) I acknowledge the above statement I am aware that in order to retain rights to utilize Lavon Grand Heritage property and amenities all HOA dues and fees must be current and all community policies must be followed by all members of the household. If any member of my household or a guest of a member of my household violates community policies, one or all of the members of my household may have privileges revoked and resident access card(s) disabled for an amount of time determined by the Lavon GH Board of Directors.(Required) I acknowledge the above statement Any lost or stolen resident access card must be reported to Lavon Grand Heritage IMMEDIATELY.
