Welcome to our community. Please complete the following information so that we can properly establish your residency file with Lavon Grand Heritage Homeowners Association, Inc. The HOA utilizes a paperless communications system, so all HOA correspondence, announcements, documents, etc. are sent via email. Please be sure to provide an email address so that you will receive these communications.

I understand Annual Dues, notice of property violations or items of legal nature will be sent to me via email. I understand I will no longer receive these notices through First Class Mail as of date indicated below. I may at any time terminate email notifications by filling out a signed written consent form canceling email notifications.(Required)
